Jesus Christ invited people to be his friends and join his mission. Whether you have little or no experience in the Christian faith, or are well traveled on your journey, it is in this spirit that you are invited to consider membership at Marble Collegiate Church, one of America's most historic and dynamic spiritual communities.

This class will be received into membership on Sunday, June 10. Deadline for registration is Sunday, May 27.

  
Three Easy Steps
  1. Speak to a membership person and fill out a membership form.
    Following Sunday worship, Membership team members can be found in the Welcome Center in Peale Parlor located in the hallway directly behind the Chancel, please stop by and sign up this Sunday. Or, contact Kim Sebastian-Ryan (212) 686-2770, ext. 475 or email her at KRyan@marblechurch.org
     
  2. Attend a two-part Orientation Session*.
    This session is held in two parts on the first Sunday of every other month. There is a pre-worship session prior to the 11am worship service followed by a buffet lunch and program immediately following the service. These sessions provide an opportunity for you to learn more about Marble Church - what it means to be a member, the people, the programs and outreach - and to meet the ministers, church staff and other new members. There is a suggested donation of $8 for the buffet lunch.
     
  3. Be present on New Member Sunday when you will be welcomed into membership.
    New Members are received several times a year during the 11am worship service.* Baptism is administered during this same service for those requiring it.

What is Expected of You
  • That your heart and mind are open to the leadership of Jesus Christ.
  • That you are open to the light, wisdom, and inspiration of the Bible.
  • That you will support Marble Collegiate Church with your prayers, your presence, your gifts and your service.
