Share the Love: Virtual All-Church Coffee Hour & Volunteer Fair

We wanted to thank all who joined us on Sunday for the “Share the Love” Coffee Hour. As part of our time together, we had a fun quiz that focused on Black History Month, and so many folks were asking about the answers that we wanted to share them.

Emmaus Coming Home Program
Coming Home Prison Reentry program began 12 years ago, modeled after a life skills program for homeless individuals that was created by Marc Greenberg of the Interfaith Assembly on Homelessness and Housing with George Horton of Catholic Charities. Emmaus House will launch its first virtual Coming Home on Tuesday, March 2, 2021, for a group of formerly incarcerated individuals; it will include many faith communities – new supporters and dedicated change-makers. The training will take place on February 23rd at 6:00 PM via Zoom. Please mark your calendar

Osborne Association
Osborne Association works in partnership with individuals, families, and communities to create opportunities for people affected by the criminal justice system to further develop their strengths and lead lives of responsibility and contribution.

• Resume review/mock interviews

• Tutoring for homework assistance and ACT/SAT prep

While we spend time in fellowship, we will also have the opportunity to meet representatives from organizations doing work to help those in need, hear more about ways we can all get involved in helping our neighbors, and spreading the love.
