Photo Gallery CYF: Spreading God’s Love One Sandwich at a Time

On Saturday, February 11, the Youth Group sponsored a Valentine’s service event called Spreading God’s Love One Sandwich at a Time. We partnered with the non-profit organization One Sandwich at a Time whose mission is to combat hunger in New York and beyond. The Marble Youth, CYF families, and even a family from West End Collegiate, came together to make sandwiches for the hungry and homeless of New York City, and each sandwich included a personal Valentine with words of encouragement and God’s love. In total, we were able to donate 162 sandwiches to The Bowery Mission, giving much needed nourishment and hope to those who society so often overlooks. Photo Credit: Brian Hampton
