Small Groups

Our Small Groups are designed to be missional, transformational, and relational. They change us, help us grow, and get us to go out and do good in the world.

In Matthew 18:20 Jesus says, For where two or three are gathered in my name, I am there among them.

“Beloved” King David – Learning from this Leader

Online via Zoom Mondays, April 28, May 5 & 19, 12:00pm - Register
Led by Dr. Julie Faith Parker. In a world where standards of leadership seem to be changing quickly, this class looks at the Bible for some ancient perspective. David’s name means “beloved,” and he lives up to it in many ways. Known as a gifted musician, a gentle shepherd, the composer of psalms, a successful family man, and a brave warrior, David is Israel’s greatest king. But underneath this shiny surface, so much more happens. In this three-part series, we’ll explore David’s story and discuss what we can learn (from what he does and does not do!) about faithful leadership.
